2.What tolerances can you achieve?
Our laser cutting and CNC punching hold ±0.1mm (±0.004") tolerances. For bending:
±0.5° angular tolerance
±0.1mm linear tolerance on critical dimensions
Tighter tolerances achievable for aerospace/medical projects (contact our engineers).
3. Can you work from our design files? What formats?
Absolutely. Submit files in:
✅ Preferred: STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, AutoCAD (DWG/DXF)，x_t, etc.
✅ Accepted: PDF, JPG, etc.
Our engineers will review for manufacturability (DFM) and suggest cost/timing optimizations.
4.How do you handle shipping and logistics?

Yes. We offer a variety of secondary processes and surface treatments, such as anodizing, powder coating, zinc plating, and more.
7.What if I discover issues with my parts after delivery?
In the rare event that a problem occurs, we take full responsibility. Contact us immediately, and our quality assurance team will investigate. We will either replace or repair defective parts promptly to minimize any disruption to your operations.
8.Can I get a sample to understand the process and accuracy?
